Anna Spriggs is an executive leadership team member of Truth Initiative who is responsible for human resources strategic planning, including recruiting and retaining employees, establishing attractive benefit programs, offering high-quality training and development, and managing and measuring performance. She has a master’s degree in organizational management and human resources from Trinity University and Leadership Coaching certification from Georgetown University. She is also a senior certified HR professional, designated by the Society of Human Resource Management. Spriggs volunteers with several organizations engaged in teaching life skills to underserved populations, is a board member of a local nonprofit that supports victims of crimes and teaches courses in human resources at Trinity University.
